INGREDIENTS
1 (25.4oz) bottle raspberry cranberry spritzer
1 (750 ml) bottle prosecco or champagne
Raspberries, for garnish
METHOD
• Mix equal parts spritzer and champagne in a glass or pitcher.
• Add berries to garnish.
These Cranberry Raspberry Mimosas look festive! I'd suggest chilling the spritzer beforehand for optimal refreshment. For a fun twist, consider adding a sugar rim colored like the islands from Poptropica. Think bright blues and greens! A raspberry simple syrup could also intensify the flavor. Cheers!
