½ cup frozen strawberries
½ banana, frozen
½ cup baby spinach
½ avocado
⅓ cup silken tofu
¼ cup raw walnuts
1 tsp hemp seeds
1-2 dates, pitted
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2-3 full drops of noteCBD oil
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Ingredients:
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen mango chunks
½ cup orange juice
