Holiday Sangria

holiday sangria, sangria recipe


1 orange, organic

1 pear 1 pomegranate

2 sweet apples

1⁄2 lemon

A few sprigs of rosemary 4 cinnamon sticks 4 star anise Maple syrup/agave syrup, to taste

34 oz sparkling mineral water, chilled

20-23.5 oz white grape juice, chilled

Ice cubes


  • Cut the orange, lemon and pear into slices.

  • Remove the pomegranate seeds.

  • Cut 1 apple into cubes and the other into slices, so you can cut out little stars.

  • Put all the fruits (one after another) into a big jug and add the liquids.

  • Add cinnamon, anise and rosemary and allow it to infuse.

  • Add some maple syrup for extra sweetness (optional).

  • Serve chilled or with ice cubes.
