Mocha Coffee Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS

90 g oats

300 ml plant-based mylk with coffee flavor

2 tsp flax seeds

2 tsp agave syrup

1 tsp cocoa powder

5-10 roasted coffee beans

1 banana

5 strawberries

METHOD

• Boil the oats with the flax seeds, the plant-based milk, the cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon agave syrup and simmer until a thick mass has formed.

• Meanwhile, break the coffee beans, cut the strawberries and peel the banana.

• Caramelize the banana with 1 teaspoon agave syrup. Use medium heat in a pan.

• Empty the oatmeal from the pot into a bowl and garnish with the banana, strawberries and coffee beans.
