1 cup medjool dates, pitted and softened
½ cup nut butter
½ cup roasted almonds, crushed
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp pumpkin spice
• To soften the dates, pour hot water over dates and let sit for about 10 minutes. Squeeze out any excess liquid with your hands before using them in the recipe.
• In a food processor, add almonds and process into a fine meal. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix into a sticky mixture.
• Form bliss balls and roll them in cinnamon. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
