Simple Vegan Pizza

1½ cups flour

1 tsp yeast

3 tbsp olive oil

½ cup lukewarm water

1 tsp oregano


Vegan Mozza

½ cup cashews

1 cup hot water

1 tsp nutritional yeast

1 tsp garlic powder



Pour all your dry ingredients into a large bowl and stir. Then add the wet ones and stir until well combined. Pour your vegan mozza ingredients into your blender and let sit for about 15 min just to soak the cashews. Then, blend until smooth. Pour into a small saucepan over medium-high heat, and continually stir as it cooks. As you stir, it will start forming clumps, and then it will become a cheesy, gooey texture. This takes about 5 minutes. Continue to cook and stir for an additional minute to make sure it has firmed up completely.
